1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:

Original packaging, tags, and all accessories are intact

The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

The item is in resellable condition
Homeshopeez reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. Return Timeframe

All return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

Requests raised after this period may not be accepted
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

Refunds are credited to the original payment method only
In rare cases where a refund fails due to banking or payment gateway issues, store credit may be offered as an alternative.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are applicable only if:

The product received is defective or damaged

You received an incorrect item

The replacement item is available in stock
If the replacement product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit, as per your preference.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

Our team will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost
6. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

Used or damaged items (unless due to our error)

Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products
7. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

If the return is due to a customer reason (change of mind, incorrect order placed), the return shipping fee may be:
