Refund Policy

At Homeshopeez, we want you to love your shopping experience. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before initiating a request.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in its original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and all accessories are intact

  • The return request is made within 7 days of delivery

  • The item is in resellable condition

Homeshopeez reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

2. Return Timeframe

  • All return or replacement requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of delivery

  • Requests raised after this period may not be accepted

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

  • You will be notified regarding approval or rejection of the refund

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • Refunds are credited to the original payment method only

In rare cases where a refund fails due to banking or payment gateway issues, store credit may be offered as an alternative.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are applicable only if:

  • The product received is defective or damaged

  • You received an incorrect item

  • The replacement item is available in stock

If the replacement product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit, as per your preference.

5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Our team will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost

6. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Personal care or hygiene products

  • Used or damaged items (unless due to our error)

  • Clearance sale or “Final Sale” products

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong, damaged, or defective item), we will bear the return shipping cost

  • If the return is due to a customer reason (change of mind, incorrect order placed), the return shipping fee may be:

    • Deducted from the refund, or

    • Charged at actual courier rates
